NYC Wound, LLC provides educational content and administrative coordination to connect patients with advanced wound care services. NYC Wound Bridge, Inc. is a separate nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) status pending) that manages patient navigation and clinician engagement.
Neither NYC Wound nor NYC Wound Bridge provides medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare professionals exercising their own autonomous professional judgment. We do not employ or direct the clinical decisions of any provider.
All coordination and data handling are conducted in strict accordance with HIPAA standards to protect Protected Health Information (PHI).
